Membership of the SOUE
Full membership of the Society of Oxford University Engineers is available to those who have gained an engineering degree (undergraduate or postgraduate) from the University of Oxford. Life membership costs £20 (increased from £15 in 2006, after remaining at its original level for 18 years).
Students may join as associate members for a subscription of £10, becoming full life members without extra charge upon gaining their degree.
The Society sends out mailings to its members, to advise them of forthcoming events etc. and to distribute paper copies of its newsletter SOUE News. Members may choose to receive their mailings by electronic mail, paper mail, both electronic and paper, electronic plus paper copies of SOUE News, or to receive no mailings at all (in this case, members should check the Society's web site for information).
